HISTORY OF THE SCENT: Tricorn was launched by Caswell-Massey in New York City in 1941 and was an instant hit with notable New Yorkers like the aforementioned Porter. Over the years, the formula has evolved. This one, our most popular, is the exact version first sold in the 1980s (but we kept the original witty artwork from illustrator Enrico Arno).
